All the rooms are well-appointed and well decorated with a comprehensive kitchen and the staff are helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Came here for trip, had superb 4 days overall. We booked a neat room with good facilities, everything was first-class. The team provided an excellent service.

This was a good stay, great prices. The place was beautiful and absolutely charming. The staff were fairly friendly and provided a great service. The breakfast was delicious and enormous with my vegetarian diet easily catered for and had a wide array of food. The location was excellent and lovely, in the conservatory of the main house with easy access to a small market and a market.

Fantastic and amazing location when travelling to Thirsk.

The place was gorgeous and fantastic, we would want to stay there again. The room was big size and huge with a large bed included. The breakfast was gorgeous and outstanding, with a lot of goodies.

The staff are friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed their attitude.

My room was airy and stylish with a large bed. This hotel had a central position near to an excellent pub called the Dog & Gun.

The room was stylish and new-fashioned and had en suite bathroom plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. I enjoyed a convenient style. Its location to nearby attractions was incredible. The staff and the host were all accommodating and very pleasant.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Marvellous and incredible location in a great area, close to the conservatory of the main house, several pubs and Ripon. Excellent design of interiors in standard queen room. Paid £ 70.

New-fashioned room with garden view. Superb and perfect breakfast selection of excellent things. Incredible and amazing location close to the fields and an excellent pub called the Dog & Gun in a nice grassy area. Welcoming, nice people working here.

Beds were too firm.

We had triple room, and it was tastefully decorated with an excellent breakfast. Excellent and lovely location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The beds where exceptionally comfortable, rooms en suite and airy. The breakfast was outstanding, the location was stunning.

Delicious and gorgeous breakfast with my vegetarian diet easily catered for, amiable staff, we loved it. The location was central, just off the centre of thirsk, the lovely gardens and Monk Park Farm and Lightwater Valley which were close by and exceptional value for money.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated in a small market town with several pubs that do food. The nearby pub has superb steaks on the menu and the field next door offers a peaceful view. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a modern en suite bathroom and a powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious and the owner of the property was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The parking at the hotel may be a bit challenging at times.
